2. Applications
You can apply for a job at our company via e-mail or post. The purpose of this data processing is to carry out the application process in order to possibly establish an employment relationship. To process your application, we collect the data you provide. Since confidentiality cannot be guaranteed if applications are sent unencrypted by e-mail, you can also apply by post. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. b and Art. 88 (1) GDPR and. § 26 (1) BDSG. If no employment relationship is established on the basis of the application, this data will be deleted six months after completion of the application procedure.
III. Recipients of data
We will only pass on your data if this is permitted by German or European law. The third parties we involve can be divided into the following categories:
- Technical service providers (e.g. operation of computer centers)
- Logistics companies (e.g. postal services)
All third parties to whom we transmit your personal data may only use this data for the above-mentioned purposes. In addition, they are obliged to process the data only in accordance with our specifications and the relevant data protection laws.
